Aya looked up at the marvelous Cherry tree. It's trunk was strong, but as the girl, the final star, who's heart was full of darkness, touched it's base, the tree wilted. The leaves fell to the ground and turned brown as they died.
     "AYA!" she quickly turned to where the voice had come from. The girl's eyes widened to see the poor Mayaru limping towards her covered in wounds. She ran to him as he fell into her arms, "Mayaru," she began to yell, "Mayaru don't die, Mayaru!"
     "Poor Poor Aya," the girl quickly recognized the voice and picked the wounded boy up. She carried him as far as she could, And they hid behind the cherry tree
     "AYA!" came kairo's voice "AYA! where are you?" she looked up at the bleeding Mayaru, this could not be the end. The tree continued to wilt behind her, Kairo would soon find her, and Mayaru was dying.
     "Aya, you've let the darkness take over you," Kairo began to say, "And now look what has happened. It's beautiful isn't it? It's destroyed your beautiful world, even your dreams. And now it's gotten a hold of Mayaru, the poor boy is dead now because of you. Aya give up your powers to me and I shall save him."
     "It's just a dream, It's just a dream," The girl whispered to herself, trying to console herself. But the truth was true, the darkness had taken her.
     "Aya," muttered the wounded boy from above her, "Aya, don't let the darkness take you, you have to fight--" Mayaru grew limp and fell from behind the cherry tree, his final breath given, and the tree fell with him.
     "Now Now Aya," Mocked Kairo, "Child of Darkness, I can still save him, but now the price is your life, and you know it." Aya, collapsed onto her knees next to the lifeless body. The girl began to cry over him, this dream had become a nightmare from her own darkness.
     "Save him Kairo, I submit"
     "That's a good girl," She looked up at the evil man, he raised his sword and smiled. The girl's reflection was in the sword and the tears streamed down her face. The sword came down upon her. The girl fell to the ground as the boy stood as new.
     "Aya?" The boy looked at her, "no..."
     "Yes!" Cackled Kairo, "It's over boy!"
     "Why You!" He grabbed his sword and struck
     "Tsk Tsk," Kairo said as he grabbed the sword and turned it onto Mayaru. "I wouldn't waste your useless life so unwisely after she gave hers for---" Kairo stopped in surprise as Aya stood up. Her wings spread behind her with a new shimmer of white. She glowed of beauty and purity, "It Can't Be!" Kairo screamed.
     The Girl had let go of her darkness, and the boy knew it, and the evil man knew it. Aya awoke from her dream with new realization, and let go of the darkness surrounding her, for the sake of the Final Star.
